Turn your phone into a wallet by using your eligible Samsung device to make purchases virtually anywhere you can swipe your card. Soon, you’ll be on your way to easy checkouts at your favorite stores, plus within your favorite apps with Samsung Pay!
How does Samsung Pay work? A substitute device account number and a transaction specific code are used to process payments instead of your card number; therefore, your card number is never shared with a merchant.
Download the Samsung Pay app from the Google Play Store to get started!
Once the app is successfully downloaded to your eligible device, open the Samsung Pay App. Next, the app will guide you to scan your debit card and enter the card’s security code. Once your card is registered within your device, verify your card by calling First Metro Bank’s Electronic Banking Department.
Once your device is verified and you are ready to begin making purchases, simply hover your device close to the terminal where you would typically swipe your card. A confirmation message on the payment terminal will let you know your purchase was successful!
